There are numerous system enhancements that have been delivered recently or will be soon. Here is a quick summary:

  • The Document Management module is now released.

  • The Compliance Monitoring module has optional enhanced approval prior to completing a testing activity and several functional and performance improvements.

  • The Financial Promotions module has new review and expiry functionality.

  • Fully customisable fields have been added to the Breaches, Conflicts, Gifts and Financial Promotions modules, to offer a fully flexible user experience.

  • The Compliance Advice module now allows employees to request advice via e-mail.  This makes the process to request advice much easier for employees while retaining the benefits of central storage, workflow and filing.

  • The PA Dealing module has several significant enhancements, including an improved approval process, introduction of SLAs, more e-mail notifications, a Security Register & Restricted List, and Employee Holdings reconciliations.

  • The Task Manager has a range of improvements around performance, filtering and the management of recurring tasks.

Look out for these and numerous other incremental enhancements over the next few weeks and months while we continue working on several strategic upgrades across the platform.
